描述 Anti-Oct-1 Antibody, clone YL15 背景信息 Oct proteins belong to the POU domain transcription factor family (for review see, Herr et al. (1995) Genes and Dev. 9:1679-1693). POU domain is a bipartite module containing POU homeo and POU specific subdomains, identified in more than 30 nuclear proteins that recognize relative cis-elements in promoters, enhancers and silencers of many genes.
