背景信息	Serine/threonine-protein kinase RIO3 (RIOK3) contains 1 protein kinase domain and is a member of the RIO-type Ser/Thr kinase family. RIOK3 was initially characterized as a homolog of Aspergillus nidulans sudD protein, an extragenic suppressor of the heat-sensitive bimD6 mutation that fails to attach properly to the spindle microtubules at a restrictive temperature. RIOK3 is expressed as two isoforms due to alternative splicing
