    特异性 Recognizes Vesicular Glutamate Transporter 3 (VGLUT3). The antiserum has been tested on tissue sections from the rat central nervous system (CNS) using immunofluorescence histochemistry. The staining pattern present in cell bodies obtained with the guinea pig VGLUT3 antiserum is in agreement with the described expression pattern of VGLUT3 mRNA The staining pattern obtained in both cell bodies and nerve fibers with the guinea pig VGLUT3 antiserum coincides with the described distribution of VGLUT3 immunoreactivity obtained with other VGLUT3 antisera (Fremeau, 2002; Gras, 2002; Schäfer, 2002). Preabsorption of the VGLUT3 antiserum with the immunogen peptide (Catalog number AG320) eliminates all immunostaining.
