概述	A highly sensitive and a specific intracellular luminophore that is useful for measuring changes in levels of superoxide and Ca²⁺ in cells transfected with apoaequorin cDNA. Exhibits nearly 16-fold greater luminescence intensity (emission maximum ~466 nm; half-total time of 0.6 - 1.2 sec) as compared to the native Coelenterazine (Cat. No. 233900).
