背景信息 Pancortin, also known as Noelin and Olfactomedin-1 is a highly conserved, secreted glycoprotein which plays a key role in modulating neural migration. Pancortin 1 interacts with the Nogo A Receptor complex to regulate axonal growth. Pancortin is detected in peripheral and central nervous tissues and participates in neural progentior maintenance, cell death in the CNS, and optic nerve arborization. Pancortins have also been shown to interact with amyloid precursor protein (APP) as part of micgration into the cortical plate through its interaction with two cytosolic signaling proteings, DAB1 and disrupted in Schizophrenia 1 (DISC1). 产品信息 格式 Purified 控制 - Rat brain membrane tissue lysate
