    背景信息 Splicing factor, arginine/serine-rich 3 (SRp20) is a member of the splicing factor SR family and contains an RRP (RNA recognition motif) domain. SRp20 has been shown as being localized to nuclear sites of RNA transcription and localization of SR protein. It is involved in mediating RNA export in association with the proliferation and/or maturation of cells. SRp20 has also been implicated in recent studies as having a regulatory role in the early-to-late switch of Papillomavirus, and as being target for the regulation of splicing modifications by the β-catenin/TCF4 pathway. Up-regulation of SRp20 has also been linked with malignant epithelial ovarian cancer.
