背景信息	Rho GTPase-activating protein 27 is a multidomain cytoplasmic protein belonging to a large family of over 70 Rho-GAP proteins which regulate the activity of Rho GTPases. In general, Rho-GAP proteins enhance the activity of Rho GTPases resulting in more rapid inactivation of Rho GTPases. Rho-GAP proteins have been implicated in many cellular processes such as endocytosis, exocytosis, cytokinesis, cell migration, differentiation, and tumor suppression. Rho GTPase-activating protein 27, has been detected in the spleen, and in various cancer cells, and may play a role in clathrin-mediated endocytosis.
