    背景信息 70 kDa ribosomal protein S6 kinase 1 (P70S6K1 or P70S6k) is also known as Ribosomal protein S6 kinase beta-1 (S6K-beta-1 or S6K1), Ribosomal protein S6 kinase I, Serine/threonine-protein kinase 14A, and p70 ribosomal S6 kinase alpha (p70 S6K-alpha or p70 S6KA). P70S6k is a serine/threonine-protein kinase that is part of the downstream mTOR signaling pathway. P70S6k promotes cell proliferation, cell growth, and cell cycle progression in response to growth factors and nutrients, and shows wide tissue expression. P70S6k is activated by mTORC1 and by PDPK1.
