背景信息	Neuron navigator 1 (NAV1) is a member of the Nav/unc-53 family. NAV1 is highly expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, placenta, and especially in neuronal growth cones. Besides its nucleotide binding activity, NAV1 interacts with tubulin and associates with a subset of the plus ends of microtubules, therefore playing a role in neuronal migration.
