T7Select Packaging Extracts are optimized for maximum packaging efficiencies of T7Select vectors ligated with insert. The high efficiency extracts (> 2 x 10⁸ pfu/µg with T7Select Packaging Control DNA) make it easy to produce a library containing at least 5 x 10⁷ recombinants per microgram of arms. The extracts are made from a specially engineered phage that reduces the nonrecombinant cloning background to below 0.1%.
