背景信息 CAPZIP (CapZ-interacting protein) is highly expressed in immune cells and muscle and uniquely interacts with CapZ, an F-actin capping protein, in splenocytes. Phosphorylation of CAPZIP is thought to regulate CapZ ability to remodel actin filament assembly.
