    背景信息 Thymosin beta-4 is a small unfolded protein that has a wide range of functions such as regulating angiogenesis, inflammation, wound healing and development. Thymosin beta-4 is thought to be important in regulating conformation and structural dynamics of actin monomers. It has also been implicated in promoting rapid corneal wound healing and diminishing inflammation after alkali injury. Thymosin beta-4 has been found in very high numbers in malignant tumors and the local release of Thymosin beta-4 may play a role in tumor behavior. Recent research has also implicated Thymosin beta-4 in purinergic signaling, increasing cell surface ATP levels.
