背景信息 Wingless-type MMTV integration site family member 10B (WNT10B), also known as Protein Wnt-12 (WNT12), consists of structurally related secreted signaling proteins implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. WNT10B is detected in most adult tissues, with the highest levels found in heart and skeletal muscle, and lower levels found in brain. WNT10B may be involved in breast cancer, and its protein signaling is likely a molecular switch that governs adipogenesis.
