应用说明 Immunoprecipitation. Dilute with buffer pH 7.5 - 8.0 to desired working volumes. For extensive dilution, protein-containing or other stabilizing medium should be used.
Does not work with denatured antigens (Western Blotting).
Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.生物信息 免疫原品种 SV40 transformed mouse cells. 宿主 Mouse 特异性 SV40 T antigen. Precipitates large T antigen and NVT antigen (when complexed) but not small t antigen (nor SV-80-specific smaller t antigen) from extracts of SV-80 cells and of SV-40 infected TC-7 cells. Recognizes denaturation-sensitive antigenic determinants unique to large T antigen.
