应用说明 Western blot: 1:1000 when using colorimetric substrates; 1:5,000 for chemiluminescent substrates. When used against the reduced protein, antibody MAB13439 recognizes bands at 53 kDa and 51 kDa (the pro-form), as well as active forms.
ELISA
Collagenase levels in quiescent cells and tissues is minimal, and stimulation or protein concentration is often needed to visualize the bands. In addition, cell types differ greatly in the quantity of collagenase produced.
