背景信息 STX8 (syntaxin 8), also known as CIP-1-associated regulator of cyclin B (CARB ), is a protein belongs to the syntaxin family. The gene of STX8 maps to chromosomal band 17p12 and it encodes a 236-amino-acid protein containing 1 t-SNARE coiled-coil homology domain. STX8 mRNA is broadly expressed in multiple human tissues, including heart, brain, kidney, liver, lung, placenta, skeletal muscle, spleen and pancreas (PMID: 10198254). 储存和货运信息 存储条件 Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt.
Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
