背景信息 p115 RhoGEF (115 kDa guanine nucleotide exchange factor) is also called Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1 or ARHGEF1. p115 RhoGEF is thought to play a role in the regulation of RhoA GTPase by guanine nucleotide-binding alpha-12 (GNA12) and alpha-13 (GNA13) subunits, and may mediates angiotensin-2-induced RhoA activation. p115 RhoGEF is ubiquitously expressed, and is most often found in the cytoplasm, however, it also translocates to the membrane upon activated GNA13 or LPA stimulation. 产品信息 格式 Affinity Purified 控制 - HEK293 cell lysate
