背景信息	As a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family, C-X-C chemokine receptor type 7 (CXCR7) serves as a receptor for chemokines CXCL12/SDF1 and CXL11 (I-TAC). Depending on the context, CXCR7 is observed to play multiple roles in cancer progression and survival, tumor invasion, cellular adhesion, ischemic stroke, and bone marrow HSC differentiation. CXCR7 activation results in beta-arrestin recruitment and subsequent MAPK signaling. Additionally, CXCR7 can exist as either a homodimer or heterodimerizes with CXCR4 to regulate CXCR4 signalling.
