背景信息	Spermatogenesis-associated protein 7 (SPATA7) may be involved in retinal function. It is a highly conserved, vertebrate-specific protein which expressed in the mature retina. Mutations in SPATA7 have been associated with LCA and RP/ARRP, two overlapping but distinct human retinal diseases.

Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
