背景信息 CD90, also known as the Thy-1 antigen, is a 25-35 kDa glycosyl phosphatidylinositol-linked cell surface protein (Buccisano, 2004) that is part of the immunoglobulin supergene family (Clark, 1997). CD90 is expressed on primitive hematopoietic stem cells in normal bone marrow, cord blood, and fetal liver cells. In normal bone marrow, CD90 is co-expressed on 10-40% of CD34-positive cells as well as on a small subpopulation (< 1%) of CD3-positive/CD4-positive lymphocytes in the peripheral circulation (Lansdorp, 1995).
Anti-CD90, 5E10, was included in the Fifth and Sixth International Workshop and Conference in Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens and studies by a number of laboratories confirmed its reactivity with CD90 (Clark, 1997; Lansdorp, 1995).产品信息 格式 FITC 控制 - Human Lymphocytes
