背景信息	C-type lectin-like domain family 1 (CLECL1) also known as Dendritic cell-associated lectin 1 (DCAL1) is a single-pass type II membrane protein highly expressed in dendritic and B-cells. CLECL1 may funtion in mediating immune cell-cell interations by acting as a T-cell costimulatory molecule, enhancing anti-CD3-induced proliferation. CLECL1 is expressed in spleen, lymph node, and tonsil tissue. No CLECL1 expression is detected in thymus tissue.
