背景信息	The protein named General transcription factor IIH subunit 2-like protein, or General transcription factor IIH polypeptide 2-like protein, and encoded by the human gene GTF2H2C is a component of the core TFIIH basal transcription factor complex that is involved in nucleotide excision repair mechanisms. GTF2H2C protein localizes to the nucleus. GTF2H2C also associates with CAK (CDK activating kinase) in RNA transcription by Pol II. EMD-Millipore’s rabbit polyclonal Anti-GTF2H2C Antibody has been tested in western blots on HepG2 cell extracts.
