背景信息 Histone demethylase UTX is also known as Lysine-specific demethylase 6A, Ubiquitously-transcribed TPR protein on the X chromosome, and Ubiquitously-transcribed X chromosome tetratricopeptide repeat protein. UTX is a histone demethylase that specifically demethylates trimethylated and dimethylated but not monomethylated histone H3 'Lys-27'.
