背景信息 Stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1 or hSDF-1) is also called C-X-C motif chemokine 12 (CXCL12), Intercrine reduced in hepatomas (IRH or hIRH) and Pre-B cell growth-stimulating factor (PBSF). SDF-1 is a chemoattractant active on T-lymphocytes, and monocytes, that activates the C-X-C chemokine receptor CXCR4 and C-X-C chemokine receptor CXCR7. SDF-1 positively regulates monocyte migration and negatively regulates monocyte adhesion. SDF-1 has a protective role after myocardial infarction, and has multiple critical functions in embryonic development including: being required for B-cell lymphopoiesis, myelopoiesis in bone marrow, and heart ventricular septum formation. Isoforms Alpha and Beta are ubiquitously expressed, with highest levels detected in liver, pancreas and spleen, while isoform Gamma is mainly expressed in heart. Isoform Delta, isoform Epsilon and isoform Theta have highest expression levels in pancreas. Isoform Alpha is also ubiquitously expressed in fetal tissues, while isoform Beta and isoform Delta are most highly detected in fetal spleen and fetal liver, respectively. 产品信息 格式 Affinity Purified 控制 - HeLa cell lysate
