背景信息	CTSL2 is a lysosomal cysteine protease which plays an important role in corneal physiology. CTSL2 was found to be expressed about 7.5 times higher in keratinocytes from lightly pigmented, relative to darkly pigmented skins. It is expressed in primary keratinocytes, melanocytes, and HaCaT keratinocytes, but not in primary fibroblasts.
