背景信息	Galectin-9 (LGALS9) is an S-type lectin belonging to the galectin family. LGALS9 plays an important role in diverse biological processes like cell adhesion, cell death, and chemoattraction. All galectins have a carbohydrate recognition domain that consists of approximately 135 amino acids. LGALS9 is overexpressed in Hodgkin's disease tissue.

Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
