    特异性 This product has been prepared by immunoaffinity chromatography using immobilized antigens followed by extensive cross-adsorption against human serum proteins collagen and non-collagen extracellular matrix proteins to remove unwanted reactivities. Typically less than 1% cross reactivity against other extracellular matrix proteins was detected by ELISA against purified standards. This antibody reacts with most mammalian laminins and has negligible cross-reactivity with Type I, II, III, IV, V or VI collagens or fibronectin. Non-specific cross reaction of anti-laminin antibodies with other human serum proteins or non-laminin extracellular matrix proteins is negligible.

Alpha-1 is a subunit of laminin-1 (EHS laminin) and laminin-3 (S-laminin).
    SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix, basement membrane. Note=Major component.
    DOMAIN: SwissProt: P25391 The alpha-helical domains I and II are thought to interact with other laminin chains to form a coiled coil structure. & Domains VI, IV and G are globular.
    SIMILARITY: Contains 17 laminin EGF-like domains. & Contains 5 laminin G-like domains. & Contains 2 laminin IV type A domains. & Contains 1 laminin N-terminal domain.
