    概述 A cell-permeable LY 294002 (Cat. Nos. 440202 & 440204) 4′-amino derivative with enhanced potency against p110α/β/δ/γ (IC50 in nM/-fold increase in potency = 183/2.7-, 98/5.7-, 1227/.5-, and 1967/1.9-, respectively). The molecule has been immobilized on epoxy-containing solid surface via the 4'-amine for binding studies and shown to interact with non-PI3K cellular proteins, such as mTOR, ALDH1, Brd4, GSK3β, and CKIIα.
