存储条件	Store all components except the 96-Well Plate (room temperature) at -70°C for the highest stability. In particular, calcineurin must be handled with utmost care in order to retain its maximal enzymatic activity. Thaw it quickly in a water bath, maintained at room temperature, or by rubbing between fingers, then immediately store on an ice bath. Any remaining unused enzyme should be quickly refrozen by placing at -70°C. To minimize the number of freeze/thaw cycles, we recommend to aliquot the calcineurin into separate tubes and then store at -70°C.
