描述 Anti-WAVE-3 Antibody 背景信息 WAVE/SCAR was identified as a protein which has similarity to WASP (Wiskott-Aldrich Syndrome Protein). WAVE/SCAR has been shown to cooperate with the Arp2/3 complex, a nucleation core for actin polymerization in vitro. Three WAVE isoforms (WAVE1, WAVE2 and WAVE3) have been identified. WAVE1 (WASF1) and 3 (WASF3) are found predominantly in the brain. WAVE2 has a very wide distribution with strong expression in peripheral blood leukocytes.
