    背景信息 With SmartFlare™ RNA Detection probes, you can detect RNA in LIVE CELLS with ease. With just an overnight incubation of MET; Human, Cyanine 5, RNA Detection Probe you can detect the presence of MET within your cells.
    The c-MET protein (c-MET) is also sometimes referred to as the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) receptor and is thought to be involved in angiogenesis, cellular motility, growth, invasion and differentiation. c-MET is a heterodimer made up of a 50 kda (alpha) disulfide linked chain and a 145 kda (beta) disulfide linked chain. c-MET has been shown to be greatly amplified in the gastric carcinoma cell line and this amplification has been linked to an advanced tumor stage and a poorer prognosis. c-MET has been shown to decrease the viability and growth of small cell lung cancer cell lines specifically and may be an interesting target for potential therapies for cancer in general.
