检测方法 Fluorometric 描述 概述 Optimized for flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy applications. A RAPID™ protocol has been developed for Annexin V-FITC binding directly in tissue culture media. This obviates the need for tedious centrifugation and wash steps, that increase the occurrence of mechanical membrane disruption.
