    概述 To identify specific cytokines involved in any inflammatory or immune response, it may be necessary to screen panels of cytokines, often requiring some level of automation and/or high throughput. Magnetic Beads can make the process of automation and high throughput screening easier with features such as walk-away washing. Advantages even outside automation include:

    • Improved performance with turbid serum/plasma samples
    • Assay results comparable to non-magnetic beads
    • Automated magnetic washing avoids many problems associated with vacuum filtration washing

    Therefore, the MILLIPLEX MAP Mouse Cytokine / Chemokine Magnetic Bead Panel III enables you to focus on the therapeutic potential of cytokines, as well as the modulation of cytokine expression. Coupled with the Luminex® xMAP® platform in a magnetic bead format, you receive the advantage of ideal speed and sensitivity, allowing quantitative multiplex detection of dozens of analytes simultaneously, dramatically improve productivity.

In addition cytokine and chemokine research is essential in understanding the immune system and its multi-faceted response to most antigens, as well as disease states such as autoimmune disease, allergic reactions, sepsis and cancer.
