描述 Muse™ Ki67 Proliferation Kit 概述 The Muse® Ki67 Proliferation Assay allows for the determination of the percentages of proliferating and nonproliferating cells based on Ki67 expression. Two populations of cells can be distinguished in this assay: 1) Ki67(-) Cells (cells that are not proliferating or an isotype control) and 2) Ki67(+) Cells (cells that are proliferating).
The Muse® Ki67 Proliferation Assay is for use with the Muse™ Cell Analyzer. The Muse™ System makes sophisticated fluorescent-based analysis fast, easy, convenient, and affordable. Sample preparation is minimal, and
after loading samples onto the Muse™ Cell Analyzer, the intuitive software provides detailed or summary analysis of
your cell sample in a few short steps. The software readout on the Muse Cell Analyzer provides percentages of both Ki67(+) cells and Ki67(–) cells. Sufficient reagent is provided for the preparation and analysis of 100 tests.
