    Detecting carrier status and to distinguish heterogeneity of haemophilia and von Willebrand's disease patients.

    Quanitifying the levels of von Willebrand Factor in plasma by sandwich immunoassay (Francis, 1984, 1985; Exner, 1984). Improving purification of Factor VIII.
    Identifying a variety of vascular tumours such as haemangiomas, haemangiosarcomas and Kaposi's sarcoma.
    The antibody is suitable for use with frozen and formalin fixed tissue sections.

    Indirect immunoperoxidase staining - the final dilution will depend on the assay conditions and detection system employed. However, a dilution of at least 1:50 will be applicable to most commonly used systems.

    The antibody may be used for:
