背景信息 Delta4, also known as Delta like ligand 4 (DLL4), is a transmembrane protein expressed in the vascular endothelium. Delta4 plays a role in Notch signaling pathway and activates Notch1 and Notch4. Notch signaling pathways play key roles in cell-fate determination and differentiation in many tissues during embryonic and postnatal development.
