    背景信息 PCTAIRE-1 kinase is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase (cdk) family, found in terminally differentiated cells in brain, testis, and in many immortalised and transformed cell lines. PCTAIRE 1 kinase displays peak activity in G2 and S phase. Recently, studies have shown that PCTAIRE-1 kinase is phosphorylated and regulated by Cdk5/p35.
