    背景信息 Slo2.1 (Slick, Sodium and chloride-activated ATP-sensitive potassium channel Slo2.1) is a potassium channel activated by high intracellular sodium and chloride levels, and inhibited by ATP, inhalation anesthetics, and stimulation of G-protein coupled receptors. This channel is widely expressed in the brain, and is also found in the heart. EMD Millipore’s Anti-Slo2.1 Antibody has been validated in western blotting and immunohistochemistry for mouse and rat specimens.
