    背景信息 Cell adhesion molecule 1 (CAM1 or SynCAM1) is also called Immunoglobulin superfamily member 4 (IgSF4), Nectin-like protein 2 (NECL-2), Spermatogenic immunoglobulin superfamily (SgIgSF), Synaptic cell adhesion molecule 1 (SynCAM1), and Tumor suppressor in lung cancer 1 (TSLC-1). CAM1 mediates cell-cell adhesion, acts as a tumor suppressor in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. In mast cells, CAM1 plays a role in development and survival in addition to the attachment to, and communication with nerves. CAM1 is also involved in synaptic cell adhesion and assembly, neuronal migration, axon growth, pathfinding, and axon fasciculation of differentiating neurons, and spermatogenesis. CAM1 is expressed in brain (enriched in synaptic plasma membrane), lung, kidney, testis, heart, spleen and liver.
