背景信息 Amphoterin-induced protein 1 (AMIGO-1), also known as Alivin-2, is a transmembrane protein that has been demonstrated to promote fasciculation of neurite outgrowths in cultured hippocampal neurons. 应用说明 Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:2,000 dilution from a representative lot detected AMIGO-1 in rat cerebral cortex and hippocampus tissue. A 1:500 dilution from a representative lot detected AMIGO-1 in human pons/midbrain tissues.
Western Blot Analysis: A representative lot detected AMIGO-1 in rat brain membrane tissue extract and in COS cell lysates transiently transfected with V5-tagged AMIGO-1.
