    背景信息 As a member of the ADP ribosylation factor family, GIT2 acts as a GTPase-activator and serves as a G protein-coupled receptor/cytoskeletal protein. Additionally, it regulates thymocyte positive selection and motility, mediates cell adhesion and cell differentiation during embryonic development in certain species, and modulates the normal aging process. It also serves as a potential target for miR-210, a protein that induces hypoxia and plays various roles in the development of certain cancers.
