    背景信息 Tachykinin-3 (TAC3), also known as ZNEUROK1 (NKB) or Neuromedin-K, encoded by the gene TAC3 or NKNB. TAC3 is a secreted peptide expressed in the CNS and PNS that can act as a neurotransmitter and excite neurons and cause behavioral changes. TAC3 is a ligand for the neurokinin-3 receptor. TAC3 is also a critical central regulator of gonadal function. Mutations in TAC3 are associated with hypogonadotropism. TAC3 is also expressed in the outer syncytiotrophoblast of the placenta and may be associated with pregnancy-induced hypertension and pre-eclampsia.
