背景信息 Toll-like receptor 10 (TLR10) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and member of the Toll-like receptor family. TLR10 plays an important role in the innate immune response to microbial agents. TLR10 is highly expressed in spleen, lymph node, thymus, tonsil with lower levels found in lung.
