    背景信息 Synaptotagmin 3 (SYT3; synaptogamin III) is a member of the synaptotagmin family, a class of transmembrane vesicular proteins with a well-documented role in calcium-dependent neurotransmitter release. Like other members of this family, synaptotagmin 3 contains a single transmembrane domain and C2 calcium-sensing domains which bind both calcium and phospholipids. The role of synaptotagmin 3 is not well understood; however, previous studies have indicated that SYT3 may play a role in insulin release in pancreatic β cells. STY3 may also play a role in CXCR4-mediated T-cell migration processes.
