描述 概述 The Trx•Tag™ Monoclonal Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG2b) directed against the 109-aa Trx•Tag sequence encoded by the pET-32 and pET-48 expression vectors from Novagen. This Protein G purified antibody is suitable for detecting fusion proteins which encode a Trx•Tag by immunoblotting and immunoprecipitation. The Trx•Tag™ Monoclonal Antibody can detect a little as 5 ng of Trx•Tag fusion proteins with negligible cross-reactivity with bacterial, insect, or mammalian lysates.
