背景信息	Heat shock 70 kDa protein 14, also known as HSP70-like protein 1 or Heat shock protein HSP60, and encoded by the gene name HSPA14 or HSP60 or HSP70L1, is a cytosolic member of the Hsp70 family. With a calculated molecular weight of 54.8 kDa, it is smaller in size than HSP70, but is structurally and functionally similar to Hsp70 and has the ability to promote dendritic cell maturation and activation. HSP70L1 may potentially be a novel adjuvant in peptide immunizations for the treatment of cancer and infectious diseases.
