描述 概述 Recombinant, human angiostatin expressed in E. coli as a single, nonglycosylated polypeptide chain containing 259 amino acids. Represents a proteolytic fragment containing the first three kringle structures of plasminogen. Acts as a specific inhibitor of endothelial cell growth and angiogenesis.
