    背景信息 SDNSF is expressed by neural stem/progenitor cells of the hippocampus, and localized to regions where neurogenesis persists throughout life. It has been found to prevent NSC cell death and to maintain stem cell characteristics. It has also been shown that several brain tumor cell lines secrete SDNSF, and the presence of this protein in blood or cerebrospinal fluid may serve as a marker for neural tumors.
