应用说明 Immunohistochemistry (acetone fixation): Effective for Rabbit, rat, monkey, and human. Not effective for mouse tissue.
Immunocytochemistry: Effective for F6, HT-29, H441 cell lines (others not tested).
Flow cytometry: Effective for all species tested, including rabbit, rat, monkey, human, and mouse.

It also works well for immunohistochemistry of acetone-fixed tissues in several species, including rat, rabbit, monkey, and human. The antibody does not work well for immunohistochemistry of mouse tissue. This antibody does not recognize the aV subunit and does not react with alphaV integrins other than alphavbeta6.
