应用说明 Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100, use 10 mL per 10e6 cells in 100 μL.
Immunohistology: frozen sections fixed with absolute methanol (-20C): 1:10-1:100.
It has also been reported that clone TLD-3A12 is reactive in zinc formalin fixed tissues treated with proteinase K. This protocol has not been verified by Chemicon but it is expected to be useable for this clone if the tissue is properly fixed.
